STEP 1:

Individual Registration (due 6/15)

All players of all ages are required to fill this form. Players underage must have their parent/legal guardian sign.

Team Registration (due 6/7)

Teams must register and pay the appropriate fees by the deadline. Final rosters are due at a later date

Final Team Roster (due 6/15)

Teams should finalize their rosters by the due date. Only players who completed an Individual Registration form are eligible to play.
